Today I decided to see former Urban Native Homes outreach
worker Stephanie Hagar at her place of employment in hopes of having a chat
about KMHC. She agreed and our
conversation covered a lot of areas.
When she was here I found her to be full of young vibrate ideas
and I could tell she really cared about the tenants. She worked here for 6
months and was off for 3 months on sick leave. When she came back to work on the very
first day Ingrid Nosel threw her under the bus meaning she was terminated. I know this because I witnessed it, she ran
out of the building in tears. Ingrid
claims she dressed inappropriately and didn’t like her suggestions on how to
improve KMHC also co worker Joseph
Anton warned her UNH’s was considering legal action because she was off work for
so long.
Personally I found her likeable and was a good worker and never
did she dress like a slut or a bum, she came to work looking like a lady of fashion. Perhaps the HSC would prefer the female Islamic dress code. :P Anyway back to Stephanie when a female tenant was emotionally upset
she was there for them and was very helpful when I lost my house keys. Another thing that sticks to my mind KMHC does not like change they think their rules
are carved in stone and shouldn’t be questioned or challenged.
In a democratic society that's considered barbaric when one
is persecuted for having a difference of opinion and logical ideas. ie: Stephanie had a few suggestions on how to improve the boring tenant meetings...that was rejected by the HSC.
We also had a discussion on Ingrid Nosel's character, to make a
long story short I asked how would she describe her, she paused for a second and replied “Ingrid Nosel is not the person she seems to be” since
I’m the King of metaphor and innuendo I knew exactly what she meant. This
confirmed my suspicion.
Then our conversation moved to the insane incident I had with
Ingrid Nosel, Stephanie warned me to be cautious, Ingrid will look for any petty excuse to evict me and gave some excellent
advice on how to proceed forward.
Our conversation lasted awhile and I’m glad I took the
initiative to approach Stephanie Hagar, this young lady’s professional training and experience was very
helpful.
She’s still a outreach worker and councilor and doing well, I wish the best of luck
in her career. :)
