Ingrid Freaks Out!

Have you ever seen a Housing Service Coordinator freak out in public!  I did just a few hours ago, here's what happened I'm walking towards the KMHC entrance while HSC Ingrid Nosel is leaving the building.   She sees me and starts yelling toward my direction I didn't hear what she was saying because I was listening to rock music on my IPod.  I stop and looked at her while removing my earplugs, I didn’t say a word.   She is furious so furious she lost control she gets into her car then get out then gets back in.   I smiled at her and pointed because she looked so foolish that’s when she freaked out, again gets out of her car and shouts “Good I got you on camera!”   All the while I never approached her or spoke one word, as the automatic door opened I turn, entered the building and walked to my unit.   Her rule is that we don’t speak to each other. Well today after two years she broke her own rule which means the conditions no longer apply.  I’m wel...

KMHC Tenants

Living at KMHC I notice the type of tenant UNH’s accepts for residency.   UNH’s will usually accept an applicant with a physical or mental disability. ie: an accident victim, a person battling addiction or dealing with the aches and pains of aging which can trigger mental illness like depression and anxiety.   Because I see this all the time I’m more toward helping a tenant in need.   Last week I noticed tenant Elder Denise trying to move a pair of heavy wooden table legs to the trash bin located outside. She was struggling and out of breath while using her walker so I asked can I help she accepted my offer.   She also needed to move the large heavy oval wooden table top to the bin. I then got out my two-wheeler and moved the object for her.   I asked why she didn’t call the KMHC office for help.   She laughed and said they wouldn’t do it.   You may be thinking how did I arrive here!   It’s an interesting course of events and I will share it....

Another UNH's Scandal

Our local newspaper the Hamilton Spectator wrote two articles on the UNH’s financial scandal and the story was broadcast via CHCH television news.    Check out the link below: http://www.chch.com/urban-native-homes/   Just when you think it couldn’t get worse an old Winnipeg Free Press news article surfaced about the current UNH’s acting executive director Christine Lenze.   Check my link below:     http://tinyurl.com/gq5tvnr What crimes and Canadian federal violations Christine Lenze did years ago I really don’t care.  What I do care about why is she the acting Executive Director of Urban Native Homes today!  It's all about the character after reading the link would you trust the woman with your wallet, purse or access to private and confidential banking information.  Let's face it she’d probably sneak back to Texas with all your life savings while sharing it with her family. :P  HSC Ingrid Nosel is a crafty old gal...

In The Red.

Well folks!   Financially Urban Native Homes Inc. is in the outhouse.  No longer can they hide secrets.  Please read the latest Hamilton Spectator news article link below:    http://tinyurl.com/hm5pxh7   Now for my review and thoughts: On Friday a general notice to tenants was delivered late in the afternoon.   I was expecting an apology ie: “To all tenants we fucked up royally and UNH’s management apologize for causing a majority of tenants to worry they might be kicked out on the street”.   But noooo what was delivered was a reminder to pay the rent on time or face eviction.   Maintenance work orders are to be sent vie email.   Are you kidding me!   UNH’s doesn’t have a general public website so who’s to say they will receive the email, another alternative is to phone the office and someone will write down the work order information.   Really!   I suppose it’s possible if someone would answer the damm phone. :...

Urban Native Homes Inc.

To my blog readers around the world please read the link below, it's published by the Hamilton Spectator newspaper   http://tinyurl.com/jklcbdt Well folks the day of reckoning has arrived for UNH’s.  I recommend after the new board members are appointed to vote on replacing the current UNH’s management: 1. A new acting Director 2. Replace the HSC 3. Replace the current HOW for KMHC Family play time is over for the mother and daughter team UNH's Acting Director Christine Lenze and Housing Service Coordinator Ingrid Nosel.   When staff is instructed not to talk to certain tenants or risk being fired is something I totally disagree with.  Communication between I and UNH’s is nil because I’m not to talk to the staff.   When I have a tenant issue I’m to mail a letter to head office, No phones calls and no verbal communication whatsoever.   I’m not allowed to attend KMHC programs and when I was told I cannot attend the UNH’s Christmas gathering ...
