Today I had a wonderful surprise I ran into former outreach worker Lorraine and the driver of KMHC at the Jackson Square mall. They were holding hands looking like a happy couple. We chatted for a bit and in my opinion Lorraine was the best KMHC outreach worker this place ever had, she was a ray of sunshine in a dark clouded environment, she was always there for us if we needed help or just to talk. Lorraine was surprised to hear Charles has left the building.  I never got the chance to test out Special K’s driving skills but he was a nice guy to me whenever we met in the hallway or in the community room. I’m glad Lorraine has moved on to better employment and she looks well. In response to my previous blog, today the person who taped the article on my door came forward, we had a serious conversation and explained to me their good intentions and all is well. At the time I did send an e-mail to the UNH’s Director requesting to look into the matter and to make sure it doesn’t happen again.   She e-mailed me back and gave a vague response "according to the security footage no employee came to my door at the time".  For obvious reasons I didn’t believe her and replied back I’d only be convinced if I looked at the security footage myself. Anyway I’m glad the person came forward to clear the air, I feel better and in the end we shook hands in solidarity.  :) On other news: Cam and his Bluegrass Band entertained the tenants this afternoon and I had a good time. Blogger bites into the control, danger & temptation of sweet stuff  This morning I decided to visit a fellow tenant on another floor, whenever I leave my unit I manually close my door because when the door clicks shut by itself it makes a lot of noise. I was gone about 5-10 minutes when I arrived back to my unit I noticed a picture of jelly beans scotch taped to my door. The image you see above is the exact replica. This is not a big deal certainly not worth calling the cops but I am curious, why would someone go through all the trouble and go overboard on the office scotch tape posting a picture from a newspaper!  I could tell it was a rush job. A few days ago the tenants received a note that KMHC Outreach Worker Charles Jacobs has left the building.  After reading the letter I would suspect he left unexpectedly and now UNH’s is looking for a replacement.   It’s not fair on HOW Lynda Jones who now has to work twice as hard but Hey! That’s how UHN’s operates. Charles & I got along well he earned my respect some time ago when I was upset over Gerimaine’s death. He offered his support. Also known as the shits. There’s a “Tenant Notice” posting at three locations of the building warning us that a tenant has the virus. After having a long conversation with the tenant in question and was assured the virus is gone I have no worries. What bothers me is how the KMHC office knew about it.   Immediately the tenant was treated like a leaper. The tenant was banned from attending any programs in the community room, KMHC suggested the tenant be quarantined to their unit.   What shocked me the most is when the UNH’s Director verbally banned the tenant from attending their fundraising Kick Off BBQ which was held at the outside courtyard.  Two hotdogs & a bottle of water Wow! Some BBQ.  :P The KMHC office was told by a blabbermouth tenant who can’t seem to mind her own business and the office right away swings into action without consulting the person with the virus.   Informing the tenants of the virus could have been handled more discreetly ie...

On Monday I dropped off a work order/letter to the KMHC office.   I had a minor electrical problem that needed attention.   I was surprised to get a phone call the same day from Teresa Workman at the head office maintenance dept.   I explained in detail the problem and later Darryl Powell showed up for the inspection and on Friday morning young Cody Powless replaced the electrical unit. :) I have to compliment the UNH’s maintenance staff all three employees were friendly and courteous, It was a great way to start off the weekend.   Happy faces throughout the building from my fellow tenants, even from the office staff, minus the HSC of course.  I’ve been having fun with all the security cameras recently installed in the building.   When the mood strikes I give a little show I might do a little dance or wiggle my butt or blow kisses at the camera just to piss off the HSC Ingrid    Who knows!  One day I may do a strip tease on camera for her...

On March 24 2013 I dropped off a written request to the KMHC office, I would like to read my personal file to look for discrepancies plus for my own interest. I’m probably the first tenant at KMHC to ever ask to read the documents    According to the UNH’s Tenant handbook, page 30, Tenants have the right to see their personal file if they wish to. It’s going on two weeks and once again the HSC Ingrid Nosel has ignored my written letter, so far I have not received a follow up or an explanation on the delay. This is what happens when one goes by proper procedures.   Fuck all!  This also raises a cloud of suspicion and makes me wonder what is the HSC hiding!   Perhaps she’s made false statements and afraid I’ll find out.   You know readers this is what started the riff between Ingrid & I, She pulled this shit on me a few years ago.
